From August 18 - 21, 2021 the CAI-NJ & PA chapters received several awards at the Community Now - CAI 2021 Annual Conference & Expo, namely our NJ chapter received the 2019 Best Net Growth Award, our NJ-LAC received the 2019 Legislative Action Committee of the Year Award and J. David Ramsey, Esq. & Ronald L. Perl, Esq. received the 2019 Award of Excellence in Government & Public Affairs. Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you very much to our dedicated and loyal members!
