INSIDE CONNECTION CHELSEA DONNIGAN | MANAGER, MEMBERSHIP AND MARKETING
A CAI Team with Undeniable Chemistry and Unlimited Potential
O n both a national and chapter level, Homeowner Leadership (HL) members remain a top priority for CAI. As this membership type continues to grow, so does the reputation and status of this association. We want to thank all the existing members who have abetted in the promotion of the recent changes to the HL membership program this past year. Your unwavering support has led to a significant impact in membership; in fact, CAI-NJ is now proudly serving over 1,300 Homeowner Leader members! At CAI-NJ, we encourage our members to take full advantage of all the opportunities CAI offers. For instance, existing Homeowner Leaders should be making the most of their investment by signing up every member of their board as well as any key volunteers. Don’t for- get that you can sign up anywhere from three to fifteen members at the rate of ONLY $295 a year. There are so many members-only benefits we would hate for you to miss out on, such as educational programs tailored for community association board members and key vol- unteers. Education is one of the leading benefits for com- munity association leaders and the relevant instructional sessions available through CAI-NJ are both frequent and comprehensive. As we all know, an educated and knowledgeable board benefits everyone.
From the moment you join, we urge you to immerse yourself in CAI-NJ… get involved, join a committee, attend events and seminars, use our resources, stay connected and follow us on social media, and make powerful, con- structive connections with other members. We are here to ensure your membership is as valuable to you as possible, so please help us help you thrive within CAI.
“Don’t forget that you can sign up anywhere from three to fifteen members at the rate of ONLY $295 a year.”
We cannot grow without you! We implore our existing members to keep spreading the word about CAI-NJ and everything our association offers so we can continue to expand and serve its members to the best of our ability. We strongly encourage you to inquire more about mem- bership and get started today. If you wish to register your board for CAI membership or would like more information, please feel free to reach out to me at (609) 588-0030 or chelsea@cainj.org with any questions. n
See the form on pages 80-81 to sign up additional members of your association. Not a member yet? Fill out the membership application on page 83 of this issue today!
