A Message from Jay Burak 2019 CAI-NJ Conference & Expo Committee Chair

C ome and build your winning TEAM with CAI-NJ at this year’s Conference and Expo on October 17, 2019 at the Event Center @IPA in Freehold. Having been on this committee since 2014, I am so grateful to have been the Committee Chair this year. I would like to thank the committee members who have all worked very hard alongside me and volunteered their time to organize the details of this year’s event. The committee has taken into account all of your feedback from our inaugural event and incorporated it into improved coordination for our second year at this venue. There will be a new layout and format this year, and attendance will once again be free for property managers and homeowners. The New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community living through education, legislative advocacy, and professional development. Our theme for this year’s event is all about building your TEAM – Training, Education, Advocacy, Management. In keeping with the theme there will five seminars on topics including maintenance, new technology, management practices, and our annual LAC update. If you haven’t signed up yet, get this event on your calendar by heading to www.cainj.org to register. Be sure to arrive early, as we will be giving away $1,000 every hour, and 4 tickets to the November 4th football game, NY Giants vs. the Dallas Cowboys! In addition to meeting with our 166 exhibitors, I would also love to meet you and hear your input on our event.
