Learn how to become a more effective board member by attending this two-day seminar taught by a professional community association manager, attorney, and certified public accountant, all three specializing in common interest communities. It’s a great resource for homeowners to use to explore and share industry knowl edge regarding your communities. Business Partners • Business Partner Essentials is an online course designed to help service providers better understand CAI, commu nity associations and the industry at large. Individuals who pass the course and exam will earn the CAI Educated Business Partner distinction, gaining special recognition and allowing them to stand out as leaders in the industry. H appy New Year everyone! Where did the last year go? It’s said that time flies when you are hav ing fun and we really did have a lot of fun. It was a fantastic 2022 filled with so many enjoyable moments and I am looking forward to what 2023 has in store for us. Let’s all try to make every single day the best it can be, finding goodness and making every day count. We all have this opportunity to improve ourselves and to make a difference for others as each day is a new beginning, a chance to get it right.
