CAI-NJ is Always Accepting Proposals for Sponsored Speakers for Educational Programs!

Sponsoring one of CAI-NJ’s educational programs is beneficial to both the speaker and their company, as well as, the membership. This is your opportunity to educate those in the community association industry on a topic within your area of expertise, all while getting your name out there. Spots fill up fast! So, don’t miss out on an opportunity to speak in 2023! Fill out an application today!

Details about our Roundtable Discussion Sponsorships: • Sponsorship fee is $500 • No deadline to apply. However, spots fill up fast. • Each Roundtable is approximately 1.5 hours and will feature five (5) to six (6) companies per session • Each company will have their own table in which homeowner or manager participants will rotate through in 15-minute segments with five (5) to six (6) segments per event • Speakers must submit a formal outline • Sponsors will discuss the assigned topic with each group and have the opportunity to answer questions related to their topics Details about our Seminar Series Sponsorships: • Sponsorship fee is $750 • No deadline to apply. However, spots fill up fast. • In Person & Virtual Lectures Series are approximately 2-hours long and will feature only the selected sponsor • May include: Lecture Series, Conference & Expo Session, etc.

• The Seminar Series can consist of more than one speaker and the sponsorship cost may be shared • Speakers must submit a formal outline and be prepared to provide a PowerPoint if applicable • If the event is in person, the chapter will provide breakfast for the attendees

For all speaking engagements: Payment will be due upon selection and scheduling of topic. All speakers must be members in good standing of CAI-NJ. Please note: all presentations must be educational, not advertorial. Speaker selections are at the discretion of the CAI-NJ chapter office.
