The New Jersey Bathing Code, NJAC 8:26, requires that all mul- tifamily swimming pools over 2,000 square feet have a certified Pool Director. This course will offer the option for attendees, com- munity association managers and facilities staff, to take the state exam to obtain the required certification. Those with swimming pools below the 2,000 square foot threshold may also find value in becoming familiar with the responsibilities of operating a commu- nity pool in NJ.
