one of the nation’s first to earn his CAI Educated Business Partner distinction and co-created a module for the educational webinar. Jim served as the President of the CAI-New Jersey chapter in 2009. He also served as President of CA-PAC (Community Association Political Action Committee) for many years and is currently an active committee member. I have had the privilege of working with Jim over the years and have had many memorable experiences, but the ONE I will NEVER forget is the day Jim texted me when my oldest daugh ter, Avery, (now 5) was born. Jim was the first to text me and congratulate me on the birth of Avery, my biggest accomplishment in life. I was in the hospital room and being a new father for just now a few minutes, he gave me advice on being a father and the joys of being a dad. Jim is also a Dad of two girls, as I am, so he has some great advice to give and I am all ears! He told me no matter how bad your day is with work and the outside world, you come home each day to the love of your daughters and every thing else that happened that day instantly goes away! He was so right! It is small things like this in life that you never forget. I have the utmost respect for Jim both as a professional and a dad. Thank you, Jim, for your words of wisdom and your continued support to myself and our great chapter! n
