Since that time the company has expanded to manage dozens of properties from its New York border to the Jersey Shore. mem property management is privileged to serve some of the finest communities throughout New Jersey including many of the major developers and builders as well as communities as diverse as small ocean-front condominiums to large master-planned communities with several hundred homes to age-restricted retirement communities. What is your role in the organization? What is your background? How long have you been in the industry? I am very proud to be the CEO and President of mem property management. I am incredibly lucky to have the best job in the world. In 1982, I joined a New Jersey real estate management condominium firm with responsibility for the daily manage-

ment of 25,000 residential units. I recognized the impor- tance and need for exceptional professional property man- agement and started mem property management in 1984. I am a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers, Community Associations Institute (CAI); and I am actively involved with the New Jersey Association of Realtors legislative activities. In 1999, I completed the “Essentials of Community Association Management” and I am currently in the process of obtaining the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) Designation. One of the highlights for the past year was the oppor- tunity to sponsor The New Jersey Cooperator’s Condo, HOA, Co-op & Apt. Expo., one of the most popular real estate trade shows in New Jersey, attended by nearly 1100 board members, homeowners, property managers and apartment building owners throughout the state. We had the largest booth at the show and the best coffee and Is there a specific project or program that you would like to highlight? Please describe.
