2023 Annual Awards Nominees
Outstanding Young Professional of the Year Nominees
Natalie Fries, CMCA, AMS, PCAM: I am so honored and pleased to be nominated for the outstanding young professional of the year. I started my career in Community Management in December of 2005. I started as the Administrative Assistant with MAMCO, Inc., which then became part of Associa Mid Atlantic. Within three years I was managing a small, active adult community by myself for approx four years. Then I moved into a larger, more challenging role, with Associa thereafter. When I was 22 years old, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis but I never gave up. I consider myself to be a strong, kindhearted individual. I have obtained and continue to maintain my AMS, CMCA and my PCAM Designations, while raising three children, James, Adam and Matthew with my husband, James and our three (3) huskies! (Evan, Storm and Tabby)
Currently, I serve as the Executive Director at Kings Grant Open Space in Marlton NJ. I am truly blessed to have such tremendous support from my family and friends. Most importantly, I thank CAI for such great events, seminars and the continuing education that has helpedme get to where I amnot. I appreciate this wonderful opportunity. Thank you very much! A brief description of my accomplishments and history in the industry is as follows: Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) - July 2018, Association Management Specialist (AMS) since October 2011, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) since March 2008, Community Association Insurance Liaison with Associa Mid - Atlantic, CAI Annual Trade Show Participant - NJ and Pennsylvania Chapters, and Columnist; Publish Newsletter Articles in CAI Magazines.
