T he New Jersey Legislative Action Committee (NJ-LAC) advocates for legislation affecting those living in Common Interest Communities (CICs) and industry professionals before legislatures and regulatory bodies. The committee members are all dedicated volunteers, homeowners, and business professionals, giving their time to monitor and support pending legislation. As you can see from this issue, presented by the NJ-LAC, which includes articles authored by the com mittee members, we are extremely fortunate to have such a devoted group of volunteers that are committed to improving the common interest communities in which many of us work or live.
