We currently have three (3) board seat openings beginning January 1, 2025. At this time, Homeowner Leader and Community Association Manager chapter members are invited to submit their names to the Nominating Committee for consideration for nomination to the Board of Directors. Submission of this application does not guarantee nomination by the Nominating Committee to the Board of Directors. TIME REQUIREMENTS - Board members are expected to attend a monthly board meeting usually held remotely. The meetings are normally held the fourth Wednesday of each month and start at 9:30 am and conclude around noon, but the date and time are subject to change. Board members will be appointed as the board liaison for two (2) or more of our committees and are expected to attend the assigned committee meetings. It is also expected that all board members will attend as many chapter sponsored educational and networking events as possible.
