holding a certification from the ICB as a Fire and Smoke Damper Technician or an equivalent certification from an organization that has been accredited under the ISO/IEC 17024 Personnel Certification standard in HVAC Life Safety Damper inspections or Smoke Control System inspections, or an equiv alent accreditation authorized by a “Violations for non-compliance shall be subject to fines, as determined by the Commissioner of Community Affairs.” rule or regulation of the department.
