L adies and gentlemen, as this year’s committee Chair, I am truly excited and honored to be the one to welcome you to the 2024 Conference and Expo, on behalf of the CAI-NJ Board of Directors, Conference & Expo Committee and CAI-NJ staff. This year’s theme is, “Discover the Magic in Community”. The purpose of this trademark event is to foster interaction and networking between community asso ciation leaders, management companies, community managers, and an array of industry professionals. We are thrilled to be in our new location, at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center in Edison, which has made it possible to host over 180 exhibitors. So be sure to take your time and get to as many booths as you can. This year, no need to wave a wand, we have a magical day planned for you with thousands of dollars in cash prizes, countless giveaways, free breakfast, spellbinding educational programs, and so much more. With over 20 years in the industry, I know how important it is to find partners you can call and depend on. As such, I strongly encourage all participants, whether this is your first time or you have attended in the past, to make the most of this amazing opportunity and to take the time to connect, collaborate, and communicate with fellow attendees and exhibitors.
