dministering community associations is not for the faint of heart, and sometimes it can be downright scary. Because it involves peoples’ homes, the business of running a community association aggregates financial, operational, and interpersonal challenges that are generally not seen in other businesses. One can only imagine what it is like to be a new board member navigat ing those challenges for the first time.
