T he 2017 Conference and Expo is scheduled for Wednesday October 18, 2017 and we are at a new location this year, the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center at Raritan Center in Edison. This year’s Expo theme is Carnival and we invite you to “Step Right Up” and attend! The show runs from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm. There will be six educational sessions throughout the day and we have already sold out all 167 booths. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn, problem solve, network and win cash. The popular $1,000 cash prize drawings are returning and there will be five of them taking place throughout the day. A complimentary breakfast buffet and lunch will be provided. The Conference & Expo Committee appreciates the insight and assistance we have received from the other CAI NJ Committees and the Board. The Committee works hard and we hope that this year’s Expo will exceed your expectations and provide you with information and tools that will assist you in making your community association the best it can be! We hope that you have as much fun attending the 2017 Conference & Expo as we had planning it.
