CHAPTER TRENDS Prime Management and RCP Management Company, AAMC, AMO Announce Strategic Partnership and Merger Prime Management, a respected leader in the community association management industry located in Southern NJ and RCP Management, a leader in the property manage ment industry in Central and Northern NJ announced its strategic partnership and plans to merge the two organi zations by November 2023. The partnership and merger will allow the combined organization to enhance services to its current and future clients by leveraging operational efficiencies across the combined organization. RCP Management will be the go-forward organization post-merger. Kristina Munson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM will be the President of the combined organization and Christopher Nicosia, CMCA, AMS, PCAM will be the Chief Operating Officer. Both will be partners of Continuum Companies, the parent company to RCP. Annie Gonzales, current COO of RCP will become the Chief of Staff of the combined orga nization. Operational integration of the two organizations occurred on November 1st. The combined organization will have offices in Bloomfield, Manahawkin, and its corporate headquarters in Cranbury.

Taylor Management Company, AAMC, AMO, Welcomes Connie Calabrese as their New Business and Relationship Director Connie brings a wealth of experience in finance, operations, technology, and community management, with a background that includes a finance degree from William and Mary and

a successful career at Equitable/AXA. Connie’s extensive expertise and unique skill set will undoubtably enhance the services of Taylor Management. Connie’s career also features key roles as HOA Board Treasurer, and as the founder of an online registration

and ticketing app, which broadened her expertise in sales, marketing, website design, SEO, social media, and CRM management. Her track record in community management with another NJ management company enhances her readiness to expand Taylor Management’s regional brand presence. n Connie Calabrese
