together at Taylor Management. Very early on in my career, those who knew us often referred to us as Junior and Senior. This was not because of our age gap either! They called us this because we had very similar personalities, work ethics, and traits. Still to this day, we text each other using our nick names. I tell you this because Larry is someone I have looked up to at a very early age in my career. From Wentworth to Taylor, to traveling to CAI National shows, we have always had a blast! We have seen each other through some of the best times, but also some of the worst. One thing I will never forget, and this describes who the man Larry is, was when he attended the viewing of my late Father-in-Law who passed away 12 years ago. At the time, my wife and I were not married, we were just dating for about 2 years. Larry paid his respects and came. He didn’t have to, but he did it because that’s who he is. He is a family man and great friend. Someone I look up to and now can tell stories of us that date back 15 years since I joined this industry. Larry is an amazing husband, father, grandfather, coworker, and friend. Thank you, Larry, for ALWAYS being a phone call or text message away if I need anything. You will always be part of my family’s life and I look forward to building more memories in the years to come. n

He is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Past President 2012 and 2013 of IREM NJ Chapter # 1, Past Trustee of the Families in Crisis Foundation, and Past President of the Community Associations Institute New Jersey chapter. In addition, he volunteers for United Fire Company #1 in Neptune City and is the current Secretary of the Neptune City Fireman’s Relief Association. In his spare time, Larry loves to spending time with his grandchildren and walk the boardwalk.
