sion and integrity. I have been in this business for over three decades and have watched this industry change drastically. With all of the changes in technology, it is still so important to maintain personal relationships and not lose that sense of rapport that is so important in this business. As a mother of three, I have had to balance my work and family life over the years. I am proud that I have been able to be present for my husband and children and still have a successful career. I believe in being a lifelong learner and am constantly challenging myself. I will continue to take classes, participate in webinars and any oppor tunity that allows me to network and learn. I am working towards my PCAM and know that will only allow my profes sional career to continue to grow. I have so many things to be grateful for in my life. I have a wonderful family and my children surprise me more and more each day with their kindness, tal ents, and achievements. I am so happy that I work for a company that allows me to have a healthy life-work balance. That is so important to me in my life right now. I am in a new high-rise community but still must rely on my foundation in this field which is to make sure I make time for myself and my family.
