issues that the community’ residents are concerned about or need to be made aware. It is customary for the president of the board to lead the open meeting and keep it running on schedule while allowing adequate time for residents to ask questions as the agenda’s items are discussed. The open meeting is not a time for a resi- dent ‘s specific issue to be raised and resolved, but the community manager who takes the meeting’s minutes will make a note of it for follow-up action.
