CAI-NJ is proud to offer members Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Services This program is an alternative to litigation, as mandated by state law. This service includes negotiation and mediation with a neutral party, and is offered to community associations. Use our trained mediators to quickly and economically resolve your dispute. Examples of disputes covered are: • Parking • Pets • Noise • Rules Violations • Maintenance Problems CAI Member’s Only: $400.00

Revenue and Profit Sharing: The single greatest financial benefit to an association with EV charging is revenue or profit sharing. This will vary depending on the CPO and business model selected. Revenue sharing is usually the case where the associa tion collects a percentage of the money paid by people using the EV chargers. If a CPO is offering revenue sharing, then there usually is a fee paid by the association that covers the CPO’s operating expenses. If a CPO is offer ing profit sharing, then the association should expect to pay no fees and we consider this to be the best long-term financial benefit. The reason this is the best benefit is that the association will simply collect money from the CPO without any headaches or expenses and as more charging is installed due to increased demand for EVs, the money collected will grow significantly. n
