So, if the retrofits or replacements are not 100% cred ited, there are alternatives to finance the replacement balance. The Energy Ally receives payment from the state fund. My conclusion is that there is proof of concept. We have been taking advantage of the program for several months with zero out-of-pocket costs. The Energy Ally has installed LED light ing in multiple locations we manage and are working on contracting to replace a boiler with 80% credits. The contract signed was approximately two pages long, and the most stren uous obligation was that the lighting couldn’t be changed for five years after installation. n
