CAI-NJ EDUCATION PROPOSAL

CAI-NJ is now accepting proposals for sponsored speakers for both the Roundtable Discussions and the Seminar Series! Complete this form in its entirety and return it to jaclyn@cainj.org. You may submit a proposal anytime during the year however, it is recommended that you do so as early as possible before all opportunities are filled. Please use an additional sheet if necessary. All speakers must be members in good standing of CAI-NJ. Please note, all presentations must be educational, not advertorial. Speaker selections are at the discretion of the CAI-NJ chapter office. If selected, all presenters must complete a speakers bureau application that will remain on file with the chapter office. Payment will be due upon selection and scheduling of topic.

Seminar Series (may include Lecture Series, Conference & Expo Session, etc.) ($750 Sponsorship)

Roundtable Discussion ($500 Sponsorship)

Each Roundtables is approximately one and a half (1.5) hours and will feature five (5) companies per session. Each company will have their own virtual room (or in-person table) in which homeowner and manager participants will rotate through in 15 minute segments with five (5) segments per event. Sponsors will discuss the assigned topic with each group and have the opportunity to answer questions related to their topics.

Each Seminar Series is approximately two (2) hours long and will feature only the selected sponsor. The Seminar Series can consist of more than one speaker and the sponsorship cost may be shared. Speakers will have approximately 1 and 3/4 hour of presentation time to educate the registrants on the selected topic followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. If the event is in person, the chapter will provide breakfast for those in attendance.
