A s the year draws to a close, it’s a fitting time to reflect on the journey we’ve undertaken as members of Community Associations Institute (CAI). Serving as the president of our local chapter has been a privilege and a responsibility that has allowed me to witness the resilience, dedication, and spirit of our members. Collaboration and Outreach Collaboration has been at the forefront of our efforts this year. We strength ened partnerships with our partners, government agencies, and other community organizations to create a network of support for our members. By fostering relationships with these entities, we enhanced our ability to address common challenges and find mutually beneficial solutions. Navigating Challenges No year is without its challenges, and 2023 was no exception. From the ongoing global pandemic to legislative changes impacting community associ ations, we faced hurdles that required adaptability and resilience.
