Port Imperial Autumn Harvest Festival

Located along New Jersey’s Gold Coast, Port Imperial Property Owners Association in Weehawken, NJ is an ode to city living and the extended community that comes with it. Each year they host an Autumn Harvest Festival, which is a fun-filled day including a pumpkin patch, hayrides, live music, face painting, twisted balloon creations, and delicious treats from local vendors. Michael Flippin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, the Urban - Regional Managing Director at Integra Management Corp, shared the following photos of this grand event. Regency at Monroe HOA Smores, Superheroes, and More Regency at Monroe is a large HOA that consists of 1,274 single-family homes. Active is an understatement as the community is bursting with 30 clubs, including Classic Auto Enthusiasts, Men’s and Women’s Club, Water Volleyball, Fishing, Mahjongg, Digital Photography, and Pickleball - to name a few. With a full-time Lifestyle Director on staff, Regency residents enjoy an overflowing activity calendar with social events, concerts, getaways, and more. Lifestyle Director Kori Little shared photos of the community’s July Luau, Octoberfest, Smores cookout, and superhero-themed kids’ party.
