Oh, what a year it has been… Thank you to all our members that have attended our events and educational programs this past year. I am extremely pleased to say that the attendance was back to what we knew to be the normal as we filled the chap ter calendar. We kicked off the year with our Awards Reception as we celebrated excellence in our industry, followed by all the CAI-NJ signature events, including the Annual Golf Outing, Beach Party, Conference & Expo, and Winter Break Party, just to name a few. Thanks to our devot ed committee volunteers and sponsors, we hosted a record number of networking events and educational programs, bringing quality education to our members. The past year was busier than ever but now that the holiday season is upon us, I hope that all can find the opportunity to slow down, take time for yourself and enjoy your holiday with friends and family. And here comes 2023! The committee members and the chapter team are already busy planning your events and educational pro grams for the coming year. This is what we already have on the calendar and the list is growing so save the dates for… • February 23, 2023 – Annual Awards Celebration • March 30, 2023 – CA-PAC Top Golf • April 19, 2023 – Conquer & Connect • June 6, 2023 – Dennis R. Casale Memorial Golf Outing • August 3, 2023 – Ultimate Night Out • Also, stay tuned for details regarding these addition al events in 2023 – PAC the Rooftop, F.A.S.T. Olympics, F.A.S.T. Kickball Tournament, Pre Conference Networking Reception, Annual Conference & Expo, and more!

We will once again host the Wednesday Webinars, Lecture Series, Roundtables, Legislative Updates, Highrise Summit and Community Association Leadership Summit, all qualifying for continued education credits. Business Partner members, stand out amongst your peers by attending the Educated Business Partner Program and earning your Educated Business Partner Distinction. Homeowner Leaders, attend the Board Leadership Development Workshop, and “Thanks to our devoted committee volunteers and sponsors, we hosted a record number of networking events and educational programs, bringing quality education to our members.” learn the foundations to becoming an effective community association board leader, offered free of charge at the CAI-NJ headquarters. Community Association Managers, if you hav en’t started your career path, begin by earning your CMCA. We offer member managers free coaching for the CMCA exam with the Coffee & Cram sessions. Mentorship Program — New for 2023, we will launch the first ever CAI-NJ Mentorship program. One of the chapter’s greatest resources, our experienced industry professionals will serve as mentors and will be matched with new and young members as they coach and support, assisting them to grow in their careers and knowledge within our industry. Jules C. Frankel Manager Assistance Program — Community Association Managers, take advantage of our scholarship program. The chapter will award $250 reim bursement to selected member managers, towards 100, 200 or 300 PMDP courses. Applications are now being accepted through March 31, 2023.
