Become a Mediator or Refresh Your Mediation Skills as Part of the CAI-NJ Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Mediation is a non-adversarial approach in which a neutral party, the mediator, guides disputing parties through the resolution process to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. CAI-NJ is hosting the Mediation Training Program and is limited to 15 registrants to fill the critical need of providing affordable mediation services by persons who are experienced in community association matters. ABOUT THE CHAPTER ADR PROGRAM: By successfully completing this Mediation Training Program you will be placed on the CAI-NJ list of mediators for the chapter’s ADR Program. Being on the list of qualified mediators allows you to be chosen to mediate community disputes through the CAI-NJ ADR Program. Each registrant will receive a certificate of completion which will also be kept on file at the office of CAI-NJ. Mediators will be compensated with a $200 stipend per mediation completed.
