A s the New Year approaches, it is customary to reflect on past events and set resolutions. With that in mind, the following NJ-based community association board members look back at the challenges they’ve faced and use what they’ve learned to focus on the future with hope and optimism. For 2023, Ocean Breeze is looking to sponsor a local beach. They will take responsibility for cleaning up a section of the shore twice or more a year. “Our association is very tight, we have summer barbeques, fun at the pool/beach together, and have developed long-lasting friendships in which we all watch each other’s families grow up. This sponsor-a-beach project will help our association become even stronger while giving back to the town in a meaningful way.” James N.
