Our reputation as one of the largest and most respect- ed building maintenance companies in New Jersey is known throughout the industry! For over 25 years we have been a property manager’s best resource for build- ing maintenance services. What is your role in the organization? What is your background? How long have you been in the industry? Jim Rademacher is founder and CEO. He oversees the day-to-day operations, manages profitability, cash flow, pricing, estimates and overall accounting. Jim is very active

in industry trade organizations. He served as President of the New Jersey chapter of the Community Association Institute(CAI) in 2009, served on both the National Business Partners Council and National Board, and held numerous other board positions throughout the years. Rezkom has been a top sponsor of the CAI-New Jersey chapter since 2003. Although not our primary business, Rezkom was proud and honored to assist several communities and homeown- ers rebuild after Super Storm Sandy. One particularly challenging project was the renovation of a single fam- ily home in Mantoloking, NJ. A former Rezkom client’s family vacation home was flooded out during the storm. They contracted Rezkom to assist with the renovation and Is there a specific project or program that you would like to highlight?
