This helps them feel more comfortable with the idea of involvement. Recognition is a powerful tool in motivating participation. Community

managers should make it a point to celebrate the efforts of active commit tee members, whether through public acknowledgment at community events or through personal thank-you notes. Highlighting their work in newsletters or on social media platforms can also inspire others to get involved. Organizing “volunteer apprecia tion” events is another wonderful way to show gratitude and encourage others to step up. Perhaps a thank-you dinner, a certificate of appreciation, or even a small token of recognition. When residents feel valued, they are more likely to be motivated to contrib ute further. One of the most effective ways to increase membership and commit tee involvement is by empowering residents to take leadership roles.
