to help guide us through the myriad of executive orders and regulations that were adopted during the past 18 months of the pandemic. During this unprecedented and unpredictable time, the LAC has been a wealth of information in terms of knowledge and interpretation on information from
both the state and national levels. The LAC also deserves recognition for its insight and input on the recently adopted law on electric charging vehicle stations and the recently adopted state regulations on ade- quate reserves and benefits derived for newly constructed community asso- ciations. There are two more pending laws which have been passed by the Legislature and are awaiting signa- ture from the Governor on which the LAC has contributed: the NJ Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act ( NJ UCIOA ) which begins the process of
law. A well-deserved thank-you goes out to all who gave their time and expertise in pursuit of an outcome that has had great benefit for our industry. We have also relied on our LAC

Hand in hand with the LAC , the mem- bers of the Political Action Committee ( CA-PAC ) expend a great amount of time and effort to raise the funds that help the LAC in its efforts. Thank you to the members of both the LAC and CONT I NU E S ON PAGE 52
