The LAC strongly supports this bill and encourages New Jersey’s homeowners to support it as well. Additionally, a bill styled as A1993 has been introduced which requires developers to offer the installation of car charging stations as an option in new construction single family homes, some of which may be part of an HOA or other type of CIC. In the event the new construction involves a common interest community, the LAC has requested that portions of the bill be harmonized with the provisions of A3367 with regard to insurance, indemnification, and other items. n
