• CAI-NJ was instrumental in Governor Murphy passing an amendment to Title 15 that allows annual meetings to take place in this COVID environ- ment. • CAI-NJ is leading the battle against the new Radburn Regulations issued by the DCA which, besides being onerous to effective community asso- ciation governance, are confusing and conflict with the Radburn Law. • CAI-NJ is seeking the possibility of an effective immunity law to shield community associations against COVID claims. These legislative efforts cost money, both to employ our lobbyists, and to gain the audience with legislators and

state regulators so the LAC can educate them on community association issues and provide them technical support. As the fourth quarter approaches and holiday season giving officially begins, we ask that community associations, their members and vendors who pro- vide community association services, consider donating to CA-PAC, NJ CAI’s Political Action Committee.
