Nevertheless, your LAC is doing the best it can to try to work with the Legislature to include hard won lien protections for our common interest communities. As members of the Community Associations Institute, we all need to remain continually vigilant in order to protect and preserve our rights and the rights of our communities. After all, for many of us, the unit (and depend- ing on your type of association), the land and common elements are our biggest investment and they need to be protected. Stay safe and stay well. n
