Old Bridge Township Mayor Henry states, “The HOA connections group has grown to a robust platform with a great group of volunteers dedicated to helping their communities. I must commend them on the hard work and pride they show in their communities; it’s a great reflection on them and Old Bridge. The meetings are a great ave- nue for all to facilitate needed informa- tion to do our jobs. It allows direct com- munication between me, the township departments, and a large majority of our residents through the HOA’s leaders in the group. ATTENTION ALL CAI-NJ SEMINAR ATTENDEES:

Please remember to keep your seminar completion certificates in a safe place. These certificates are distributed at the end of each CAI-NJ seminar. This is proof that you attended and completed the seminar. You may need to reference the certificate in the future and CAI-NJ does not keep track of each member’s attendance record. Community managers will definitely need the certificates to obtain credit for continuing education towards their designations.
