There are, of course, any number of other provisions in the bill, many of which deal with legal technicalities or scenarios that occur with rare frequen- cy, but in connection with which, there is no current law. The LAC will be working to obtain the adoption of this new legislation to make the laws impacting community associations consistent and to pro- vide one home for all legislation that impacts the state’s common interest communities. The LAC will continue to keep CAI-NJ’s membership updated on the progress of this critical law. n
