A Message from the 2025 Conference & Expo Committee Chair

Dear CAI-NJ Community, It has been an honor and a privilege to be the Committee Chair for the CAI NJ 2025 Conference and Expo. On behalf of the CAI-NJ Board of Directors, CAI Conference and Expo Committee, and CAI-NJ Staff, welcome to our flagship event! This year will be the largest in our recent history with 200 booths of industry professionals for community managers, community leaders, and business partners to network and explore. CAI-NJ works tirelessly to provide training and continuing education to all associated with running a community. Our goals are to support thriving com munities and provide beautiful, safe, and secure places to live. Please utilize all we have provided for you this year including continuing education, numerous raffles, prizes, $1,000 giveaways throughout the day and the business partners to assist in building our thriving communities. Teamwork makes the dream work! In closing, on behalf of myself, the Conference and Expo Committee of volunteers, and the CAI-NJ staff hope that you all enjoy the experience and let’s continue to build thriving communities!
