Navigating the Future with CAI-NJ, and I can’t think of a better way than attending the Annual CAI-NJ Conference & Expo. As I write this article, I am attending the CAI National Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. The tradeshow floor is packed and the days are filled with educational programming. How wonderful it is that we can finally come together for this kind of event. Back at the chapter office, we too are planning our Annual Conference & Expo and I’m looking forward to once again seeing all of you, our dedicated members, and friends. We truly missed you last year but hope that you are planning to attend. Thanks to our exhibiting business partners, management companies, the Super Sponsor, G&C Electronics, and all of the event sponsors, we are able to offer a full day of educa- tion, information, and networking to our homeowner lead- ers and community association managers, free of charge. New this year, we have set up the new member lounge where new members will have the opportunity to meet the CAI-NJ Ambassadors and the Board of Directors.
