W elcome to the Annual CAI-NJ Conference and Expo at The Event Center @iPA Freehold, NJ. This year the event will focus on “Navigating the Future.” This is such an important focus being that the pandemic has brought a new way of life. Our industry has had to adjust to this new way and the conference will give exhibitors the chance to show how we can acclimate to these changes. Just as the industry needs to adjust, the annual conference will be revising and redesigning certain aspects of the conference to make it safe and rewarding for an in-person event. This year’s event will be a little different from prior years, as they will be complying with all safety requirements direct- ed by the CDC, and the NJ Department of Health. The required guidelines that will be in place at the conference will be social distancing, availability of hand sanitizer, face masks, temperature checks, appropriate signage, contact- less registration, event day questionnaire, mechanism for monitoring compliance, along with capacity limitations. All participants are asked to fill out and sign a COVID release waiver, which can be found on their website. industry. Registration is free and includes a complimentary breakfast and lunch. There will also be raffles along with chances to win $1,000 throughout the day (you must be present to win). The events will begin at 8:30 am and will conclude at 3 pm. The day is packed with exhibitors and information, which can make the expo overwhelming, so a great tip is to make a plan before getting started.
