EDUCATION SESSION 1 Sailing Through Annual Elections & Membership Voting - With COVID-19 still greatly affecting the voting processes of community associations, this course will provide insight to the online voting procedures and the legalities involved in successfully conducting an electronic vote. It will take into consideration the NJ statutes as well as review what is need- ed to start the process of online voting, including a sample timeline and what to expect once the voting starts.
