CAI-NJ is an organization where we encourage all our members to connect with one another, share industry knowledge, promote best practices, and grow together to build better communities. We are proud to remain the second largest chapter with over 2,500 members and we look forward to having you be a part of that number. Whether you are a manager, management company, homeowner leader or business partner member we want to make sure you are aware of the value that CAI-NJ has to offer. Homeowner Leaders – Our homeowner leader membership allows you to sign up anywhere from three to fifteen members at the rate of only $295 a year. Membership is not just limited to board members, but to committee members, key volunteers and residents who just want to enhance their community with quality education. Business Partners – For those business partners who have not joined yet, this is your chance to get directly in front of our members by submitting speaker proposals, sponsoring networking events and earning your educated business partner distinction to enhance your professional career in the industry. Managers – They are the vital link between the man- agement company, your vendors, and your community residents. By joining CAI-NJ, you bring the latest informa-

tion and resources to your community along with growing professionally utilizing our accredited certifications. The CAI-NJ calendar is full of opportunities to connect both virtually and in-person. Register for our education- al programming such as our Roundtable Discussions, Wednesday Webinars, and LAC updates, which are crucial to educating your boards, learning best practices, and tuning in to what is trending in your current community.
