Focus on the Future: Advocacy, Education and Resources

The theme for this year’s Conference & Expo, echoes the chapter’s mission statement — CAI-NJ is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy, shared resources and professional development. We also help our members stay abreast of the current news, laws and issues affecting community associations in the State of New Jersey. The chapter is here to serve you and I am excited to share an update of what is currently available as well as a sneak peek into the chapter’s future. By donating to CA-PAC, you can assist our LAC in supporting and educating our state legislators. Wednesday Webinars — weekly sessions where you can tune in and learn about important issues affecting your business or common interest community. These educational sessions are led by our partners, experts in their field, sharing their knowledge. Member managers are eligible to earn one CEU credit for every session attended. Networking Events to help you make new connec- tions in the industry while catching up with colleagues that you have missed. Join in for a fun half-hour for the HOA Feud where our business partner members duke it out with managers for bragging rights to be the weekly winners. I would like to thank our F.A.S.T. Committee, those who donated and all the generous sponsors for putting together the Make-A-Wish Tricky Tray where 100% of the proceeds went towards the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Each and every
