Deb’s background stems from her education at Bucknell University, and previ- ous roles with corporate Lord & Taylor and Porter Novelli, which inspired her to launch Rizco 20 years ago. She is also a Partner and VP of Marketing for Plum Practicewear, a gymnastics athletic wear company, and a dedicated wife and mother of three children. Rizzi commented, “I am so honored.
