ding or other type of finished flooring; interior and exterior roofing (e.g. shingles), trim, windows, window wells, doors, garage doors and skylights; exterior roofing and all other improvements located within the boundaries of the Unit or which are otherwise exclusively appurtenant to a Unit although all or part of the improvement may not be located within the boundaries of the Unit as set forth in Paragraph 4.01 (A) above. To the extent that they serve an individual Unit only and not any other Unit or any portion of the Common Elements, no matter where they are located, appurtenant improvements include the following: ——— Any components of all doors, garage doors, roofing, skylights, window wells and windows, including, but not limited to, shingles, glass, sills, screens, frames, sashes, flashing and their mountings to the exterior of the Building containing the Unit and any other part or appur- tenance of their respective systems; and... the interior and exterior walls (except common interi- or walls), exterior siding and roofing, the Units foundation, slab and footings. ••• The most common construction defects condominium associations litigate over include defects in the construction of roofs, exterior siding of the buildings, be it stucco, brick, stone or some other material, and problems with foundations.
