very few property managers have. He earned an MBA in accounting and finance from Seton Hall University giv ing him a rare understanding of the importance of sound, real world, fiscal practices that keeps communities thriv ing. He is the Broker of Record for his own real estate development and rental company which rounds out his portfolio.

He is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ), an organization that supports the professional and ethical management of community interest developments. Tony currently holds a PCAM designation in addition to CMCA and AMS. He is a member of the Board of Directors and currently holds the position of President Elect. I have had the privilege to serve on the CAI-NJ Board with Tony for the past four years. Over those four years we have built a relationship based on trust. As he is President Elect this year, we balance each other out very well, because we have such different man agement styles, but yet the balance and blend are what really makes this year work when it comes to making decisions and keeps the chapter and board moving forward. Tony is so dedicated to his work, company, employees, clients, but most important to his wife Deana and his children. He has taught me how to find bal ance in life, and to not sweat the small stuff. Where I tend to overthink things, Tony is the complete opposite. He is someone I admire very much. As you can see from his experience and credentials, he is always looking to achieve more. Thank you, Tony, for being my wingman this year and an ear when I need to bounce things off someone.
