Aging Infrastructure The theme of this month’s issue is “Aging Infrastructure”. The articles included pertain to ways in which homeowners can take steps to address the impact of the aging infrastructures in their associations. Topics are those about rebranding and refreshing your community in a post COVID world, how to prepare a request for proposal (RFP) for projects designed to remedi- ate aging infrastructures, the downfalls of not addressing necessary remedia- tion projects and a guide to reading blueprints for those projects.
