• Coordinating staff, (if needed) • OSHA Standards/quality control • Budget management • Interface and communication with management and board throughout the process 3) What should a manager expect from a building services vendor when making a transition? Ryan: Every property manager should always be able to expect transparency throughout a transition. During a tran- sition, many changes will take place on multiple levels and areas. What will never change are the building’s policies, which should be maintained and enforced by both parties (management and building services).
