I have found that taking advantage of the educational offerings of CAI-NJ has allowed me to become more knowledgeable about the issues impacting my community association; with that increased knowledge I have become a more effective leader on behalf of the community’s residents. Like most of us, I wasn’t born with leadership skills. I have gained more confidence in these skills through my participation in the educational opportunities that CAI- NJ has offered to board members and homeowner leaders. I hope my board member tale will inspire other worthy subjects to take up the leadership-training mantle on June 8th at the next Board Leadership Development Workshop. n
