with Jennifer for several years where I got to really observe and learn from her leadership. She has a voice, a voice you want to listen to, and a voice you will respect. I have had many memories with Jennifer, but I will always cherish the times when she has welcomed me and others into her home and put out what I like to call a “Mini Wedding” when it came to putting out table displays of a hors d’ oeuvres, main courses, desserts, and of course some great wine! I chose to share this memory because it really wraps up all her passions. She just loves seeing others happy! Thank you, Jennifer, for always being an ear and filling my plate not only with food, but with wisdom, love, and laughter. I will be forever grateful. n

I was fortunate to work with Jennifer while managing properties over my tenure. Jennifer has a passion for life. She has a passion for helping others. She has a passion for making some- one realize their true potential. When I was in the middle of a career transi- tion, and was afraid of the unknown, Jennifer was there for me. She is someone who listens to your side, before she will give you her feed- back and advice. Did I mention that Jennifer is quite the chef too? I had the privilege over the years to taste a lot of her homemade dishes (not that I need it) but how could you say no?! In addition, I was honored to serve on the CAI-NJ Board of Directors
