I have known Donna for 15 years, and to go even deeper, Donna is the first person who said, “welcome to property management.” What do I mean by this? Donna hired me! I was 22 years old, out of college not know ing what I was going to do for the rest of my life, and Donna gave me a chance. She hired me as an Assistant Property Manager for a large active adult site in Somerset, New Jersey. She has helped me through some tough times with boards, residents, and just overall life. She has been my rock these past 15 years. Over the years for a very short time, we worked for separate companies, but I still looked up to her, talked to her almost daily, asked for advice, and was someone I began to trust and confide in as a mentor and friend. I know that wherever our paths take us, Donna will always be an ear to listen, and will always be there for me. She will forever be a part of my life and I have this industry to thank for that.
