Make the Most of Your CAI-NJ Membership Get involved, connect, share your expertise and become a volunteer leader!

? E ach week, we receive calls from members about how they can get more involved at CAI-NJ. To make it simple, we have compiled below a list of 10 ways to get the most out of your membership: 1. Serve on a committee or task force Participation in committees and other leadership groups is at the heart of CAI-NJ. There are more than a dozen CAI- NJ leadership groups that all chapter members are encour- aged to join. Contact info@cainj.org for more information. Are YOU getting the most of your CAI-NJ membership? Looking for new ways to exercise your leadership muscles? Want to get to know more people, and shine a light on your business or association?

2. Volunteer for CAI-NJ sponsored charitable event Through the CAI-NJ Foundation or one of our committees, CAI-NJ always has something charitable in the works! Our goal is to assist local programs that work to eradicate homelessness and the poverty that leads to homelessness. So, if you are looking for a way to give your time or tal- ent, while making new or deeper connections at CAI-NJ, please email us at: info@cainj.org. 3. Become a CAI-NJ Ambassador Ambassadors are the first point of contact to new mem- bers within the chapter. As an experienced member of CAI- NJ, you will welcome new CAI-NJ members and familiarize them with the benefits of membership. 4. Write an article for Community Trends ® Writing for Community Trends ® increases your visibility
